How fast do I get the photos?
Listing galleries are delivered within 24 hours, a 30-second highlight video within 48 business hours, and a 2-minute cinematic video within 72 business hours, weekends not included. Larger or more complex properties take a little longer, because there is more to shoot on site and more to finish in the edit. Twilight is a second window of light on the same property, so a twilight set is delivered within 24 hours of that session rather than the daytime one. Tell us at booking if the listing is on a hard deadline, so the shoot day and the edit can be planned around it.
Should I add twilight photos to a listing?
Twilight earns its place when the home has something that only reads after dark, such as a pool, landscape or architectural lighting, a wall of glass, or a strong elevation. On a home with none of those, a good daytime exterior does the same job for the gallery. Twilight is a second window of light on the same property, so tell us when you book and we build the schedule around it.
Is a 3D virtual tour worth it for a listing?
A Matterport or Zillow 3D tour pays off when a real share of your buyers are relocating, out of state, or investors who will not walk the house first, which describes a lot of the traffic in Orlando, Tampa Bay, Austin, and San Antonio. It also thins out low-intent showings, because buyers who are not serious filter themselves out inside the tour. A schematic floor plan is generated from the same scan.

Can you fly a drone near the Orlando theme parks?
Not everywhere. The theme park areas sit inside permanent flight restrictions, and the airspace around Orlando International, Orlando Executive, and Sanford requires FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots check the airspace for every address before scheduling, request authorization where it is available, and tell you ahead of time if a property cannot be flown.
When is the best time to shoot a property in Orlando?
Mornings are the most reliable window in summer, when afternoon storms roll in, and twilight is scheduled around sunset year-round. Winter gives the cleanest skies and the longest usable afternoons. We plan the shoot around the orientation of the home so the sun is where it should be for the exterior and the pool.
