We build a visual standard for your brand, use the same shot lists and lighting approach at every model, and finish every gallery with the same editing team. A model in one community and a model in another should look like they came from the same catalog, and they do.

Models are normally merchandised, and we coordinate with your merchandiser or stager so the styling is finished before we arrive. Lights on, blinds set, and any construction materials or sales signage cleared from the rooms. For unfurnished inventory homes, we can shoot them clean or arrange staging through a partner.

Not everywhere. The theme park areas sit inside permanent flight restrictions, and the airspace around Orlando International, Orlando Executive, and Sanford requires FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots check the airspace for every address before scheduling, request authorization where it is available, and tell you ahead of time if a property cannot be flown.

Mornings are the most reliable window in summer, when afternoon storms roll in, and twilight is scheduled around sunset year-round. Winter gives the cleanest skies and the longest usable afternoons. We plan the shoot around the orientation of the home so the sun is where it should be for the exterior and the pool.
