Which photos matter most for a vacation rental listing?
The hero exterior or pool shot that earns the click, the main living space, every bedroom, the kitchen, and the amenities that set the property apart, such as game rooms, theaters, and outdoor living. We frame and crop each image for the way Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct booking sites display it.
How should I prepare a vacation rental for photos?
Set the home up exactly as a guest would find it on arrival: beds made, towels out, amenities staged, pool clean, lights on, and personal items put away. If the property has a theme room or a signature amenity, make sure it is fully set. We send a checklist to owners and managers before the shoot.
Do you shoot twilight photos for vacation rentals?
Yes. A twilight pool or exterior shot is often the strongest image in a rental listing, because it shows the property as guests imagine their evening there. We schedule it at the end of the shoot so the interiors are done in daylight and the exterior is captured as the lights come up.
Can I use the photos on Airbnb, Vrbo, and my own website?
Yes. The license covers listing platforms, your direct booking site, social media, and property management marketing. If the property is sold or changes management, the new operator would need their own license for the images.
