How many photos does a real estate listing need?
For a typical three or four bedroom home, a gallery of 25 to 35 photos covers every meaningful space without filling the feed with near-duplicate frames. Condos and smaller townhomes usually land between 20 and 25, and larger or luxury homes run 35 to 45 once aerials and a twilight frame are added. Coverage matters more than count: the front exterior, the kitchen from two or three angles, the primary suite, every bedroom and bathroom, the living areas, and the backyard or lanai.
Should I add twilight photos to a listing?
Twilight earns its place when the home has something that only reads after dark, such as a pool, landscape or architectural lighting, a wall of glass, or a strong elevation. On a home with none of those, a good daytime exterior does the same job for the gallery. Twilight is a second window of light on the same property, so tell us when you book and we build the schedule around it.
Does my listing need drone photos?
Aerials are worth it when the ground-level frames cannot explain the property: waterfront, acreage, conservation or golf frontage, a large or oddly shaped lot, or a home whose outdoor living all sits behind the house. On a standard interior lot in a dense subdivision they add less. Every JRP flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and we check the airspace for the address before it goes on the calendar.

How do you photograph Hill Country lots and views?
From the air and from the ground. Aerials show the elevation change, the tree cover, and the view corridor that a street-level photo cannot, and we time exterior and view shots so the harsh Texas light is behind the camera. Twilight is scheduled for homes where the view is the selling point.
Do you work with builders along the 35 corridor?
Yes.
