What is a Groundbreak community film?
Groundbreak is an AI-rendered community film built on real drone footage of your phase-one site. An FAA Part 107 certified pilot flies the community as it stands today, then we layer your rendering on top with animated lots, the finished amenity, mature landscaping, and neighborhood activity. It is delivered as a hero film in vertical and horizontal, social cutdowns, and still-to-motion clips.
What do we need to provide for a Groundbreak film?
The community name, site access for the flight, and at least one rendering of the amenity or streetscape. A site plan and your brand assets help us match the layout and the look. We handle the rest, from the flight to the final edit.
Is a Groundbreak film accurate enough to use in sales?
It is grounded in your actual site and your own rendering, which is what makes it feel real rather than generic. It is a marketing visualization rather than a construction document, so we recommend using the same disclaimer language you already apply to renderings, noting that the final community may vary.
What usage rights come with a Groundbreak film?
A full marketing license. You can use the film on your website, on social media, in the sales center, in digital advertising, and on the MLS, for as long as the community is being marketed. There are no per-platform restrictions.
