How does construction progress documentation work?
We set a schedule with you, usually monthly or tied to milestones, and lock the ground and aerial angles on the first visit. Every return visit repeats those angles so the sequence shows progress at a glance. Galleries are dated and organized so marketing, investors, and lenders can find what they need.
Who uses construction progress photography?
Production builders documenting new phases, developers reporting to investors and partners, lenders verifying draw schedules, custom builders building a portfolio, and marketing teams that want a story from groundbreaking to grand opening. Architects and general contractors also use it for their own records.
Do I need to be on site for progress visits?
No. Once access and safety requirements are arranged with your superintendent, our crew shows up on schedule, shoots the locked angles, and leaves. We follow site safety rules, wear the required gear, and coordinate around active work so we are not in the way.
Can aerial photography be part of progress documentation?
Yes, and for larger sites it is the most useful part. Repeated site-wide aerials from the same positions show phasing, lot status, roads, and amenity construction across the whole project. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot with airspace authorization where required.
