How it works

From first call to delivered files. Four steps.

1

Call, text, or send the details

Property or community, what you need, and your timeline. A senior producer replies within one business day and scopes architectural photography in one plan.

2

We plan the shoot

Schedule, shot list, light plan, and a pre-shoot checklist so the property is ready the moment we arrive.

3

One crew, one visit

A senior photographer leads on site. Photo, film, aerial, and 3D are captured in the same visit when you need them.

4

Finished and delivered

In-house editors retouch every frame. Files land organized, credited, and ready for MLS, marketing, portfolio, and press.

FAQ

Architectural Photography, answered.

What is included in an architectural and real estate photography shoot?

A senior photographer shoots the interiors, exteriors, and detail work on site, and our in-house editing team finishes every image to one standard. You receive MLS-sized files plus full-resolution files for print, web, and social, organized and ready to publish. Twilight exteriors and drone coverage can be added to the same visit.

How should I prepare a home for a photo shoot?

Clear counters and surfaces, turn on every light, open the blinds, hide bins and cords, and move vehicles out of the driveway. For twilight shots, confirm the exterior, landscape, and pool lighting works before the crew arrives. We send a prep checklist when the shoot is booked so nothing is a surprise on the day.

What is the difference between real estate photography and architectural photography?

Real estate photography is built to market a listing: complete coverage of every room, consistent framing, and MLS-ready files. Architectural photography documents the design itself for builders, architects, and designers, with more time spent on light, composition, and detail. JRP shoots both, and many clients book a listing set with a few architectural hero frames added.

Who owns the photos, and how can I use them?

The client who books the shoot receives a license to use the images to market the property, the project, or their business, including MLS, web, print, and social. JRP retains copyright, which is standard for professional photography. If a third party such as a builder, designer, or stager wants to use the images, we can arrange an additional license for them.
