What's included

Office, retail, industrial, hospitality and multifamily, shot to lease and sell.

A commercial listing is read by investors, tenants and site selectors who never visit until they are already interested. We shoot the building the way they evaluate it: the elevation and the signage, the parking and the access, the floor plates and the finishes, and an aerial that shows the site against the roads, the neighbors and the market around it. Every frame is finished by our in-house editors to one standard, sized for LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, offering memorandums and your own site.

Listing Sets for Brokers

Exteriors, interiors, signage and twilight, delivered sized for LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi and offering memorandums.

Annotated Aerials

FAA Part 107 drone photos and video with property lines, access points and nearby anchors marked for the OM.

3D Tours for Leasing

Matterport scans and floor plans so tenants can walk office, retail and industrial space before they tour.

Brand and Portfolio Libraries

Branch rollouts, hospitality and multi-site portfolios shot to one visual standard, with a COI on file for every site.

How it works

From first call to delivered files. Four steps.

1

Call, text, or send the details

Property or community, what you need, and your timeline. A senior producer replies within one business day and scopes commercial real estate in one plan.

2

We plan the shoot

Schedule, shot list, light plan, and a pre-shoot checklist so the property is ready the moment we arrive.

3

One crew, one visit

A senior photographer leads on site. Photo, film, aerial, and 3D are captured in the same visit when you need them.

4

Finished and delivered

In-house editors retouch every frame. Files land organized, credited, and ready for MLS, marketing, portfolio, and press.

FAQ

Commercial Real Estate, answered.

What does a commercial real estate photo shoot include?

Exteriors of every elevation, signage and entrances, parking and access, lobbies and common areas, representative suites or floor plates, and detail shots of finishes and systems that matter to tenants. Most listings add drone photos of the site and the surrounding market, and many add twilight exteriors, a short video tour and a Matterport scan for leasing.

Do you deliver photos sized for LoopNet, CoStar and Crexi?

Yes. Every set is delivered in high resolution for print and offering memorandums, plus web sizes that meet the listing platforms' requirements, so brokers can upload without resizing.

Can you mark property lines and nearby anchors on the aerials?

Yes. We fly with an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot and can deliver annotated aerials with the parcel outline, access points, drive times and nearby anchors, the way investors expect to see them in an OM.

Can you photograph an occupied office, retail or industrial building?

Yes. We coordinate access, safety requirements and timing with the property manager, shoot common areas during quiet hours and keep tenants, customers and screens with private information out of the frame. A certificate of insurance can be issued to the owner and manager before the shoot.

Do you shoot multi-site portfolios and branch rollouts?

Yes. Banks, hospitality groups, marinas and multifamily owners use JRP to shoot every location to one visual standard, with crews in Orlando, Tampa Bay, Austin and San Antonio and one editing team finishing the work.
