What kinds of aerial video shots do you capture?
Reveals that rise over the roofline, orbits around the property at twilight, slow approach shots up the drive, top-down pull-backs, and community flyovers that show amenities and streetscapes. Everything is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and delivered in 4K. We plan the shot list around what the property and the location actually offer.
Can aerial video and ground video be filmed on the same day?
Yes, and that is how we prefer to work. One crew captures the aerial and ground footage in a single scheduled visit so the light and the conditions match and the aerial reveal cuts cleanly into the walkthrough. It also means one appointment for the seller or the sales team.
What weather conditions affect an aerial video shoot?
Rain, high wind, and low cloud will keep a drone on the ground, and haze can flatten the footage even when flying is safe. We watch the forecast ahead of every flight and reschedule the aerial portion if conditions are not right, because a compromised aerial does not help the listing.
What formats is aerial video delivered in?
Aerial footage is delivered in 4K, edited into your horizontal property film and any vertical social cuts. We can also provide an unbranded version for MLS compliance and the raw aerial clips if your marketing team edits in-house.
