What is included in an architectural and real estate photography shoot?
A senior photographer shoots the interiors, exteriors, and detail work on site, and our in-house editing team finishes every image to one standard. You receive MLS-sized files plus full-resolution files for print, web, and social, organized and ready to publish. Twilight exteriors and drone coverage can be added to the same visit.
How should I prepare a home for a photo shoot?
Clear counters and surfaces, turn on every light, open the blinds, hide bins and cords, and move vehicles out of the driveway. For twilight shots, confirm the exterior, landscape, and pool lighting works before the crew arrives. We send a prep checklist when the shoot is booked so nothing is a surprise on the day.

Real estate photography is built to market a listing: complete coverage of every room, consistent framing, and MLS-ready files. Architectural photography documents the design itself for builders, architects, and designers, with more time spent on light, composition, and detail.
