Our Winter Park and Windermere work runs from renovated 1920s bungalows off Park Avenue to lakefront estates on the Butler Chain, while Lake Nona and Horizon West keep our crews busy with new construction that needs clean elevation sets and twilight exteriors. Interiors here fight bright Florida light through big sliders, so we light rooms rather than leaning on HDR, and every frame is finished by the same editing team in our Orlando office.

What is included in an architectural and real estate photography shoot?
A senior photographer shoots the interiors, exteriors, and detail work on site, and our in-house editing team finishes every image to one standard. You receive MLS-sized files plus full-resolution files for print, web, and social, organized and ready to publish. Twilight exteriors and drone coverage can be added to the same visit.
How should I prepare a home for a photo shoot?
Clear counters and surfaces, turn on every light, open the blinds, hide bins and cords, and move vehicles out of the driveway. For twilight shots, confirm the exterior, landscape, and pool lighting works before the crew arrives. We send a prep checklist when the shoot is booked so nothing is a surprise on the day.
What is the difference between real estate photography and architectural photography?
Real estate photography is built to market a listing: complete coverage of every room, consistent framing, and MLS-ready files. Architectural photography documents the design itself for builders, architects, and designers, with more time spent on light, composition, and detail. JRP shoots both, and many clients book a listing set with a few architectural hero frames added.

Can you fly a drone near the Orlando theme parks?
Not everywhere. The theme park areas sit inside permanent flight restrictions, and the airspace around Orlando International, Orlando Executive, and Sanford requires FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots check the airspace for every address before scheduling, request authorization where it is available, and tell you ahead of time if a property cannot be flown.
When is the best time to shoot a property in Orlando?
Mornings are the most reliable window in summer, when afternoon storms roll in, and twilight is scheduled around sunset year-round. Winter gives the cleanest skies and the longest usable afternoons. We plan the shoot around the orientation of the home so the sun is where it should be for the exterior and the pool.
