What is included in a lease-up media package?
Amenity spaces such as the pool deck, fitness center, lounges, and co-working areas, model units for the floor plans you lease, exteriors and streetscapes, and site-wide aerials. Walkthrough video and 3D tours can be added. Everything is planned as one shoot list so the community opens with a complete set.
Can you photograph an occupied apartment community?
Yes. We coordinate with the property manager on amenity access, model unit availability, and timing so residents are not disturbed and no one appears in the images without a release. Common areas are usually shot early or during quiet hours.
Do you photograph every floor plan?
We photograph the model units you have available and, where a floor plan has no model, we can capture a clean vacant unit or a 3D tour instead. Most communities photograph one model per floor plan type so the website has a consistent set for each.
Can you keep the look consistent across a multifamily portfolio?
Yes. We set a visual standard for your brand and apply it at every property, across Florida and Texas, with one editing team finishing the work. Portfolio owners use this so every community website and listing looks like the same company.
