Reserve at Hillview, a Build-to-Rent Community

Reserve at Hillview is a gated rental community of single-story homes arranged around a central pond, with a clubhouse, pool, fitness room, theater and dog park. Because every home is for rent rather than for sale, the marketing has to sell the neighborhood as much as any single floor plan. JRP covered it in phases as the community leased up.

In April 2023 the crew photographed the clubhouse interiors, the pool and the streets, and flew the site to show the full loop of homes around the pond and its place in the surrounding area. That August, working from a shot-by-shot brief by Villatel CMO Igor Bekker, JRP cut a community video that walks from the front gate past the dog park, playground and clubhouse to the pool and the streets. The horizontal edit was delivered at 1920 by 1080 to replace the full-bleed hero image on the community website, with shorter cuts for social.

On May 1, 2024, JRP returned with the community manager for an evening lifestyle shoot: residents walking the pond trail, biking the streets, and drone passes low over the rooftops. Four social edits followed on May 10, along with an updated photo set that pairs the original architecture with people using the place.
