A large share of San Antonio buyers never walk the house before they write, between relocations, military moves, and out-of-market investors, and that single fact should change what an agent orders here. Completeness beats beauty: every room covered, a 3D tour, and a floor plan, so a buyer three states away can commit. Inside Loop 410 the 1920s and 1930s architecture of Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, and Monte Vista needs respectful natural-light interiors, while the limestone and stucco customs north of 1604 photograph best sitting in their Hill Country lots.
Listing photography for agents in Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Monte Vista, King William, and Southtown, Hill Country homes around Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, and Spring Branch, and suburban listings in Stone Oak, Alamo Ranch, Schertz, Cibolo, and New Braunfels. 3D tours and floor plans are standard here rather than an upgrade. Listing galleries are delivered within 24 hours, video in 48 to 72 hours, and larger properties take a little longer.
A listing gallery has one job, which is to earn the showing. We shoot every room a buyer will ask about, light the interiors instead of leaning on HDR, and finish each frame in house so the paint, the grass, and the sky read the way they do in person. Photos, twilight, aerials, a 3D tour, a floor plan, and the listing film all come off one visit, so the seller opens the door once and you get the whole marketing package back together.

FAQ
Real Estate Agent Photography in San Antonio, answered.
How many photos does a real estate listing need?
For a typical three or four bedroom home, a gallery of 25 to 35 photos covers every meaningful space without filling the feed with near-duplicate frames. Condos and smaller townhomes usually land between 20 and 25, and larger or luxury homes run 35 to 45 once aerials and a twilight frame are added. Coverage matters more than count: the front exterior, the kitchen from two or three angles, the primary suite, every bedroom and bathroom, the living areas, and the backyard or lanai.
Should I add twilight photos to a listing?
Twilight earns its place when the home has something that only reads after dark, such as a pool, landscape or architectural lighting, a wall of glass, or a strong elevation. On a home with none of those, a good daytime exterior does the same job for the gallery. Twilight is a second window of light on the same property, so tell us when you book and we build the schedule around it.
Does my listing need drone photos?
Aerials are worth it when the ground-level frames cannot explain the property: waterfront, acreage, conservation or golf frontage, a large or oddly shaped lot, or a home whose outdoor living all sits behind the house. On a standard interior lot in a dense subdivision they add less. Every JRP flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, and we check the airspace for the address before it goes on the calendar.
Which areas around San Antonio does JRP cover?
Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, and the inner neighborhoods near the Pearl, Stone Oak and the 281 corridor, The Dominion, Shavano Park, Helotes, and Alamo Ranch, Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch to the northwest, Bulverde and Spring Branch, Schertz and Cibolo, and New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. Our San Antonio crew is local, backed by the same production and editing bench as the rest of JRP.
Can you fly a drone in San Antonio?
In most areas, with authorization where required. San Antonio International's controlled airspace covers Alamo Heights and much of the north side, and the Joint Base San Antonio fields at Randolph and Lackland carry their own restrictions. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots check each address in advance and request authorization where it is available.
Do you work with home builders in the San Antonio area?
Yes. Our San Antonio crew shoots model homes, elevation sets, community amenities, and progress documentation for builders along 281, 1604, I-10 toward Boerne, and I-35 toward New Braunfels, using the same visual standard and editing team as our Florida work.
