How is interior design photography different from real estate photography?
Real estate photography covers every room to sell a listing. Interior design photography documents your work: it is art-directed with you on site, lit for the materials rather than the MLS, and retouched to publication standard. The frames are composed for a portfolio, a press feature, or an awards entry, not for a listing thumbnail.
Do you deliver both horizontal and vertical images?
Yes. Every image is delivered in horizontal for your portfolio, website, and press, and in vertical crops for Instagram and Pinterest, composed from the same frame rather than cut down after the fact. You receive one consistent set that works everywhere your work is seen.
Should the designer be on site during the shoot?
We strongly recommend it. You style the vignettes and make the calls on what to include, and we light and compose to protect that intent. Bring your styling kit, and we will send a shot list and a prep checklist ahead of time so the day runs smoothly.

Can you fly a drone near the Orlando theme parks?
Not everywhere. The theme park areas sit inside permanent flight restrictions, and the airspace around Orlando International, Orlando Executive, and Sanford requires FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots check the airspace for every address before scheduling, request authorization where it is available, and tell you ahead of time if a property cannot be flown.
When is the best time to shoot a property in Orlando?
Mornings are the most reliable window in summer, when afternoon storms roll in, and twilight is scheduled around sunset year-round. Winter gives the cleanest skies and the longest usable afternoons. We plan the shoot around the orientation of the home so the sun is where it should be for the exterior and the pool.
