Casa Fresca builds new communities in Polk County, and the marketing has to sell a neighborhood that is still taking shape. We shot the communities from the air, the amenity centers and pools, the model homes inside and out, and the streetscapes as the first homes closed.
Each community got a branded film cut for the web and social, plus stills for the community pages and the listings. Villa Mar and Crosswinds are below.
