Yes. We schedule around the property's orientation on the bay or the Gulf so the sun is behind the camera for the water-facing exterior, and we plan aerials to show the dock, the boat lift, and the open water in one frame. Tide and light both matter, and twilight from the water side is usually the hero shot.
Can you fly a drone in Tampa Bay airspace?
In most places, with authorization. Tampa International, St. Pete-Clearwater, Albert Whitted, Sarasota-Bradenton, and MacDill Air Force Base all have controlled airspace around them, and some areas near MacDill are restricted outright. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots map the airspace for every address before it is scheduled and request authorization where it is available.
