The Staging Company

A staged home is a design job with a deadline. The Staging Company furnishes a house so buyers can picture living in it, and the photographs are what most of those buyers see first. Our job is to make every room read the way the stagers built it: the furniture placement, the scale of the art, the light through the windows, without the wide-angle stretch that makes a living room look like a hallway.

Across Tampa Bay that has meant South Tampa and Carrollwood homes, St. Petersburg bungalows with sunrooms and pools, a Mediterranean-style home in Lakewood Ranch, and new construction in Parrish, Lithia and Valrico. Our Tampa Bay crew shoots each home on the schedule the staging team sets, and the same editing team that finishes every JRP gallery finishes these, so a staged home in St. Pete and one in Lutz look like the same company's work.

The relationship runs beyond Tampa Bay: JRP also photographs The Staging Company's homes across Central Florida, Austin and San Antonio, with a dedicated booking flow for their team.
