Lake Sheen Demonstration Home

Four bedrooms, a lakefront patio, and a pool with views across Lake Sheen. KNB Associates selected JRP to document the home for the Parade, from the expansive living spaces to the outdoor areas.

Showcase homes have one job: make a visitor picture the life, not the floor plan. We planned the shoot around the light. Daylight sets for the elevations and interiors, then the same compositions again at blue hour, when the glass, the pool, and the lake do the work.

The film crew and the drone pilot worked the same visit, so the walkthrough, the aerial reveal over the roofline, and the stills all share one color grade and one mood.
