Orlando's commercial market runs from the Downtown towers on Orange Avenue and Church Street to the Maitland Center and Lake Mary office parks, Lake Nona's Medical City, the hospitality and retail corridor on International Drive, and the industrial parks around the airport, Southport and the 417. Brokers and owners need every building type shot for how it is evaluated: the elevation and the signage, the floor plate, the loading and the parking, and an aerial that puts the site against I-4, the 408 or the airport.

Brokers listing office in Downtown Orlando, Maitland and Lake Mary, developers opening retail and medical space in Lake Nona, Horizon West and Winter Garden, hospitality owners along International Drive and Lake Buena Vista, and industrial owners near Orlando International Airport and Sanford.

A commercial listing is read by investors, tenants and site selectors who never visit until they are already interested. We shoot the building the way they evaluate it: the elevation and the signage, the parking and the access, the floor plates and the finishes, and an aerial that shows the site against the roads, the neighbors and the market around it. Every frame is finished by our in-house editors to one standard, sized for LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, offering memorandums and your own site.

FAQ

Commercial Real Estate in Orlando, answered.

What does a commercial real estate photo shoot include?

Exteriors of every elevation, signage and entrances, parking and access, lobbies and common areas, representative suites or floor plates, and detail shots of finishes and systems that matter to tenants. Most listings add drone photos of the site and the surrounding market, and many add twilight exteriors, a short video tour and a Matterport scan for leasing.

Do you deliver photos sized for LoopNet, CoStar and Crexi?

Yes. Every set is delivered in high resolution for print and offering memorandums, plus web sizes that meet the listing platforms' requirements, so brokers can upload without resizing.

Can you mark property lines and nearby anchors on the aerials?

Yes. We fly with an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot and can deliver annotated aerials with the parcel outline, access points, drive times and nearby anchors, the way investors expect to see them in an OM.

Which areas around Orlando does JRP cover?

All of Central Florida from our Orlando headquarters. That includes Winter Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Horizon West, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Kissimmee, Celebration, Clermont, Sanford, Lake Mary, and Oviedo, plus the vacation rental corridor around Davenport, ChampionsGate, Reunion, and Four Corners.

Can you fly a drone near the Orlando theme parks?

Not everywhere. The theme park areas sit inside permanent flight restrictions, and the airspace around Orlando International, Orlando Executive, and Sanford requires FAA authorization. Our FAA Part 107 certified pilots check the airspace for every address before scheduling, request authorization where it is available, and tell you ahead of time if a property cannot be flown.

When is the best time to shoot a property in Orlando?

Mornings are the most reliable window in summer, when afternoon storms roll in, and twilight is scheduled around sunset year-round. Winter gives the cleanest skies and the longest usable afternoons. We plan the shoot around the orientation of the home so the sun is where it should be for the exterior and the pool.
