Most listings add drone photos of the site and the surrounding market, and many add twilight exteriors, a short video tour and a Matterport scan for leasing.

Do you deliver photos sized for LoopNet, CoStar and Crexi?

Yes. Every set is delivered in high resolution for print and offering memorandums, plus web sizes that meet the listing platforms' requirements, so brokers can upload without resizing.

Can you mark property lines and nearby anchors on the aerials?

Yes. We fly with an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot and can deliver annotated aerials with the parcel outline, access points, drive times and nearby anchors, the way investors expect to see them in an OM.

Yes.
