A three-story Lowcountry-style lakefront home by Hardwick General Contracting in Orlando: stacked porches to the water, a navy-and-brass kitchen, a brick pool terrace and a private dock, shot from the ground, the porches and the air.
Greg Hardwick builds homes around the way people live in them, and the photography follows the same order. We started with how the house is used: the upper porch over the lake, the study with the piano, the breakfast nook in the shutters' light, the pool terrace and outdoor kitchen, and then the elevations.
The delivery ran to 125 frames: every room, the terrace and dock, and a set of aerials that put the house on its lake. Hardwick has trusted JRP with its showcase work since the 2023 Parade of Homes; this is the latest.
