The Catalina II model at Meadowlark Landing, photographed, filmed and scanned for Mattamy Homes. In 2025 the model took a Parade of Homes Orlando Merit award, and Meadowlark Landing won the Grand Award for Community.

JRP is Mattamy Homes' preferred vendor for premium flash photography, video, and Matterport tours. Production builders need a system more than a photographer: every model, every elevation, and every amenity is framed and finished the same way, so a community page and a national campaign look like the same brand.

Catalina II was shot in a single scheduled visit: elevation sets by day, staged interiors, the Matterport scan, and a twilight hero for the community's marketing. The community's pool, clubhouse, and sidewalks round out the amenity story.
