SouthState Bank Buckhead Tower Signage and Branch

Ground, aerial and time-lapse documentation of SouthState Bank's rooftop sign installation on a Buckhead office tower, followed by finished exteriors at day and dusk and interiors of the new branch on the ground floor.

SouthState Bank placed its name and logo mark on the crown of an office tower in Buckhead, one of the most visible skylines in Atlanta. JRP was brought in to document the installation as it happened and then to photograph the result, so the bank would have a record of the work and a finished image library for the new location.

The installation was covered across several site visits between May and July 2025. A drone followed the crew on the swing stage as the logo mark went up, then tracked the crane lifts as each channel letter was set along the roofline, while a ground camera recorded a long time-lapse of the full sequence. Once the sign was complete, the tower was photographed from the air in clear daylight and again at dusk, when the illuminated letters read against the evening sky and the surrounding Buckhead neighborhood.

In October 2025 the team returned for the branch itself: the lobby entry, the teller line, the community seating area, private offices and the exterior ATM vestibule. The interiors were composed with straight verticals and balanced daylight so the finishes, millwork and brand color carry through the same way they do on the tower above.
