Our Four Key Principles

Since 2016, John Ruz Productions has worked with multiple custom home builders, Top Producers, realty groups, and staging companies. We are guided by John’s four key principles of Team, Technology, Technique, and Training.

  • Our award-winning TEAM of photographers and editors is led by Creative Director John Ruz, who maintains the original vision of quality and service he founded his company on.

  • We stay current with the latest TECHNOLOGY in everything we do: camera gear, drones, editing and delivery, in order to continually be better, faster, and consistent with our services.

  • John has developed and refined a TECHNIQUE for real estate photography and videography that clients love. It allows for the highest quality assets, delivered in record time.

  • Although our photographers have years of experience when they join our team, they go through intensive one-on-one TRAINING with John, so that they follow his unique technique.
